Here is something new I learned this week from a friend who had a little one fall and get a goose egg size bump on his forehead. She uses white vinegar to help reduce the size of the bump.
Last Summer while we were getting our family pictures taken, my little girl happened to get stung by a bee and thank goodness for the "penny". After you remove the stinger place a penny on the sting for 10 minutes, it helps take out the sting.-(you can use tape or I even used a band aid I had in the car to hold the penny in place).
Another good one. If you happen to have a little one getting into markers and they turn out to be permanent and it is all over his or her hands, then take a wash cloth soak it in some rubbing alcohol and wipe it off.
